The user is expected to know how to do the following in Windows Explorer:

1. Make subdirectories (also known as folders)

2. Copy files

3. Move files from one subdirectory to another

4. Rename files

5. Backup files

6. Cut and paste

7. Use the three buttons in the upper right-hand corner to collapse, restore, and close a window

Advanced users may use the database within Access 2000.

The user should be able to back up to a Zip disk or CD to protect the data base.
