General Discussion:
Frank Wiles suggested that a small portion of our membership fees go towards the marketing program. At this point there is not enough money but with greater membership that would be possible

Keith Stumbo suggested that we might consider having two vice-presidents in the future – one for meat and one for wool. He also suggested that we change from elections to nominations voted on at the annual meeting. The topics will be taken up by the board at a later date.

There was some discussion of a list of responsibilities for the directors – like membership recruitment.

Jean Walsh had sent word that she thought we should be assisting Todd Parsons with the Wool Festival. Todd said that he didn’t need monetary help but needed participation and volunteers.

Keith said he would like to see our important dates listed in the ASI bulletin. Get dates to Betsy!

The next Board of Directors meeting was set for Friday May 30th at Cobleskill at 7:00 pm
